Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
(a) Payment must be made in full by cleared funds at the time of booking the storage period or removal, until or unless we have accepted otherwise in writings.
(b) If the payment is not made, we reserve complete right to refuse to begin removal or storage till the payment is secured.
(c) We will charge regular interest measured at 4% per annum above the existing base rate for the time being as set by the Central Bank of the UAE on all amounts that are past due to us.
(d) Any related taxes relating to any such sales, transfers, or other monetary transaction interactions will be paid by you.
You have the option to postponed or cancel our services. You will not be charged if you postponed our services; however, pre-reserving the slots is subjected to availability. Upon cancellation of this Agreement, we reserve complete right to charge you a fair termination fee depending on the notice period given as affirmed in the Agreement.
- (a)There will be no charges applied if the agreement is canceled 10 working days before the removal was due to start.
- (b)Not more than 30% of the total removal charges will be applied if the agreement is canceled between on the date of scheduled removal
If provided, cancellation exemptions will not be revealed to any third parties.
Our refund policy is as follows.
(a) Any refunds for canceled services will be issued in the form of credit notes, which can be applied to any of Manchester Shipping Co. LLC's services.
(b) You understand and accept that if we cancel or terminate your account or this Agreement due to your violation of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any unused services.
